Need medicine, baby supplies, or pasalubong before you fly out? A trusted bXTRA rider picks it up from any store in the city and brings it to the front desk — you just come down, pay cash, done.

What can your rider fetch?

Almost anything, honestly. Chicken inasal from the famous spots. Late-night coffee, snacks, or a full dinner when the kitchen's closed. A pharmacy run when you’re under the weather. Piaya and napoleones for the folks back home. If a store in Bacolod sells it, you can ask for it.

How it works

1. Tap the button below (you’re already in the right place — this page is Your Hotel’s own door).
2. Search the store, type what you want, your best guess of the price, and “Your Hotel — Room ___” as delivery details.
3. A rider accepts, calls you, buys it, and texts when they reach the lobby.
4. Pay the official receipt amount plus the PASUYO service fee at the desk. That’s it.

Good to know

Prices are the store’s real receipt prices — your rider shows you the receipt. Cash on delivery. The front desk knows the routine; riders announce themselves there. Ordering takes about a minute, in English or Filipino.
